Shipping policy

We ship on Mondays and  Fridays only , we sometimes can ship on other days for time sensitive orders 

Express postage is not express packaging and handling 

We try hard as possible to get parcels shipped fast but  sadly packaging can sometimes be in short supply and may slow things down a little 

 

If you require your parcel insured please email us after checkout for a separate invoice for insurance 

We take no responsibility for items lost by Australia post or their agents 

Shipping Time Frames

Orders are packed and shipped for a variety of sites - in store, drop shipped to you direct from the supplier or come from a central warehouse.

We endeavor to have all orders filled and shipped out within 1-5 business days. There can be additional days where there is a public holiday.

If there are any unexpected delays ie more than a 5 day delay on getting your order to you,  our customer service team will be in touch via email to notify you of the delay and updated delivery timeframes.
